Refund policy

At Delaux, we take pride in creating premium travel pieces designed to elevate the travel experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Be returned in the original protective packaging when possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling

RETURN PROCESS

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for the order
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests after an order has been placed.
