ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high volume periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended but we will always keep in contact to keep you updated.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not shipped on weekends.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Your estimated delivery date will show on the page of the item your ordering under "Shipping and Returns"
Delaux is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information
- Events outside our control
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Delaux is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Delaux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Delaux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the item and damage
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions, countries, or addresses at our discretion.
